want to take discharge from Indian army

Dear sir,
I am serving in indian army since 2016,but now I want to take discharge from service.I had applied for discharge but rejected.Now what should i do?
A.You have to serve the tenure, if you get a better employment opportunity in other central or state government Army can consider your case.
