I was posted to Mumbai on 20 March 2020. I gave application for HRA on same date , but the application was not forwarded due to Covid. Later I gave new application in Oct 2020. Now I am not being given HRA from March to Oct. can I file a case in Armed forces tribunal. What is the procedure and how much will be the fee of a lawyer.
A.Yes you have liberty to file the case at the concerned AFT, regarding fee you can check locally when you visit the AFT

A.Yes u can file in AFT.the fee is depend on other conditions also....like.if u hire an advocate of delhi and u want to file case in Chandigarh.then the fee is more high in comparission to file in delhi .i hope u caan understand

It is advisable to resolve this issue amicably with your employer as owing to covid-19 the employer might have changed its policy in respect to HRA. If you are employed in the military or paramilitary forces then you can approach the armed forces tribunal.

A.Hi,
