A. Dear client,
The Court may proceed to dispose of the suit in one of the modes as applicable under Order IX or may make such order/such other order as it sees suitable, according to Rule 2 of Order XVII of CPC, if the parties or any of them failed to appear on the day to which the hearing of the suit was extended. By definition, a lawsuit is dismissed for lack of prosecution when the plaintiff failed to perform the essential and needed steps in a timely way, leading to the case being dropped.

A. Dear client,
Rajakaluve is nothing but water resources and flow of water in to the lake, canal, pond or any accumulated water ground. This Rajakaluve and it's resources along with lake could be seen in the old Village Map. The identification of Rajakaluve in the village Map is very easy and it has been marked as "Saravu" for small nala and "Kaluve" for Midium or big nalas. However, now most of the "Saravu" (small nala) can't be seen in the Comprensive Development Plan or Outline Development Plan ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,
Your query requires more details for a suitable response. Membership of a Housing Society is regulated by its Byelaws. If you are facing any problem in connection with admission as a member of the Society you may bring the matter to the notice of the competent authority, i.e, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies concerned for a resolution in the matter.

A. Dear Client,
In the prevailing situation, you need to review the Deed of Conveyance of your Flat explaining the Common area of a corner flat and the provision of Byelaws that govern the activities of a registered housing society. If in both documents the place is specified or marked as commonplace, then the Notice of Society cannot be ignored or objected to being a resident member of the society. Otherwise, such a notice can be protested before the competent authority and forum for a resolution ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,
To be classified under EWS Category, the candidate's annual family income must be less than Rs. 8 lakhs per annum. Their family must not own more than 5 acres of agricultural land and the residential flat area collectively should be below 1000 sq ft. Being the above qualifying parameter, you are not eligible for EWS Certificate. However, you may enquire the matter with the concerned competent authority, like, DM/SDM, Tehsildar for further clarification in this regard.

A. Dear client,

When purchasing an under-construction property, it's essential to have a clear understanding of the total cost, including any applicable taxes such as GST. The sale agreement should transparently state the base price, applicable taxes (like GST), and the total amount payable by the buyer. This is necessary to avoid any confusion or disputes later on.

If the builder is charging GST at a rate of 5% on top of the sale price but has not mentioned it separately in the agreement, it co ...ReadMore
