My neighbour keeps cleaning the floor outside our flat leaving it wet which attracts inconvenience to us as we have to walk through it also causing us to wait until it's dried.Also he keeps brooming around causing the dust scattered even though there is a official society sweeper.Also rings bells loudly in his temple for around 15 mins both in morning and evening .I checked the decibel was around 55- 70 and at time even more using my mobile app.Can I install a CCTV to record this misdoings. since the flat is almost adjacent will there be a issue if I install it outside my flat door.if not how can I counter this annoyance.please help I am stressed now.
