Rajakaluve Classification and Identification Rajakaluve Classification and Identification

1) I would like to know how is rajakaluve identified in villages and what are the rules to classify it has a rajakaluve. It would be very helpful if someone can guide me to the land act or manuals where it is defined.
2) Since, there is no option to post an image I will try to explain the scenario. Let's say there is an isolated Nala in the village map and also in tippani, but there is no connectivity between the lakes. Is it still considered as a rajakaluve ?

Thanks in advance.

A.Dear client,
Rajakaluve is nothing but water resources and flow of water in to the lake, canal, pond or any accumulated water ground. This Rajakaluve and it's resources along with lake could be seen in the old Village Map. The identification of Rajakaluve in the village Map is very easy and it has been marked as "Saravu" for small nala and "Kaluve" for Midium or big nalas. However, now most of the "Saravu" (small nala) can't be seen in the Comprensive Development Plan or Outline Development Plan and also Rajakaluve Encroachment reports published in the BBMP Websites which supersede over the Village Map as confirmed by the High Courtin many cases.
