A.Dear client,
Check Local Laws: Before installing a CCTV camera, check the local laws and regulations regarding the use of surveillance cameras. Some areas may have specific rules regarding camera placement and privacy concerns.
Consult with the Society: Speak with the society management or residents' welfare association (if applicable) about the issue you are facing. They may be able to address the problem or mediate between you and your neighbor.
Discuss the Issue: If possible, have a respectful conversation with your neighbor about the inconvenience caused by the cleaning and the loud noise. They may not be aware of the impact of their actions on you.
Consider Mediation: If direct communication with your neighbor does not resolve the issue, consider mediation services offered by your society or a third-party mediator. Mediation can help facilitate communication and find a mutually acceptable solution.
Complain to the Society: If your neighbor's actions are in violation of society rules or causing disturbance to others, file a formal complaint with the society management, providing details of the issues you are facing.
Install CCTV Responsibly: If you decide to install a CCTV camera outside your flat, ensure that it adheres to local laws, does not invade your neighbor's privacy, and records only the necessary area.
Involve Authorities: If the issue persists and becomes unbearable, you can consider involving local authorities such as the police or municipal corporation. They may be able to assess the situation and take appropriate action if there are any legal violations.
By approaching the situation with respect and open communication, it eases both parties. If you are unsure about any legal aspects or potential consequences, consult with a legal professional or seek advice from your society management. Addressing the issue calmly and within the bounds of the law will increase the likelihood of finding a satisfactory resolution.

A.Dear client,
If this type of harassment is faced by you from your neighbor then, you can file an application under Section 268 of IPC in the court of magistrate. Punishment of nuisance is defined in Section 290 of IPC, which is mere Rs. 200 but the court can do much more
