A. Now it is very difficult to get back the 150 Sqyrds plot as you have registered the same in his name. If possible try to encroach the physical property by building some rooms & give it on rent to some people. It will become difficult for him to get orders from the court to remove the encroachment.

A. 1) Was the project approved by any of the banks?
2) Was the project RERA Registered?
3) As the builder has done agreement one year back but still construction under progress , then tell him to Refund teh amount as he is not doing as per the agreed terms. also if there is further delay then, you will be losing on the banking interest of PRE-EMI...
