Sir, I have taken a 50k Hand loan and on the condition, I have registered my 150 Sqyrds plot in 2016. After registration he need to give me an agreement for the same. But he has postponed it by saying


A. Now it is very difficult to get back the 150 Sqyrds plot as you have registered the same in his name. If possible try to encroach the physical property by building some rooms & give it on rent to some people. It will become difficult for him to get orders from the court to remove the encroachment.
