A. Dear Sir,
There will some conditions in the allotment letter when land was granted to the school, only thing is MC shall not violate such conditions.

Sale address issue
We have been living in sindri, dhanbad since 40 years. My father has land property of 5 kartaa in muzaffarpur, bihar but he does not have address proof because he had worked in sindri for long time. N

A. dear client in your matter Is the property purchased by your father? or Inherited property kindly confirm that. After that you need to take out the Mouza Map of such place. Moreover there is purchase document of that plot is there for address proof.

Sir my father had purchased plot of 4 guntha way back in 2000-01 and area of plot belongs to a village but plot doesn't comes in gaothan area. While registration of that plot my father's name appeared

A. dear client in your case If the purchaser is willing to pay the price and ready to purchase then why worry about his problems. Such litigated lands to be sold out immediately.

A. In land revenue ct applicable to your state, you can complain to local District Magistrate .
