Selling of property
Sir my father had purchased plot of 4 guntha way back in 2000-01 and area of plot belongs to a village but plot doesn't comes in gaothan area. While registration of that plot my father's name appeared in other rights in 7/12 utara . So, my question is can we sell it again. And if we sell it again then can the ownership will get transferred to the party without any hurdle. I mean after selling such plot does party's name appeared as a main owner or not. If not, in such case , will there be further any problem to the party as its name won't appear as main owner?
