A. Dear Client,
If your father is going to execute the document for registration then I hope that he has already got a PoA from your brother esle he will not be allowed to do so.
Since the property has not been transferred to the legal heirs post demise then they will not be allowed to sell it off.
For comprehensive advice you should consult a lawyer with the property docs.
My Company Deducting Gratuity on CTC not on Basic
Hi, my CTC is 25745 and my Basic salary is 14625. My company is deducting 4% (1030) gratuity on my CTC not on Basic. I want to know that is this right process ?? or my company is doing something wrong

A. Hope your HR might have explained every thing during joining formalities of the employment. CTC = Cost to the company
for payment of gratuity the computation is done on Basic. Pls read your complaint properly employer might have kept reserve for your gratuity which is payable only on exit of employment ( but should have completed 5 years of service )

It would be a problem for you if the person has not transferred the vehicle on his name and using it. It would be suggested to send a Legal notice through a lawyer asking him to transfer the vehicle and if not then you have all rights to initiate a legal action against him.

A. Free ingress and egress in a right which has to be granted to the plot holder if that plot is recognized and is taxed by the local authorities. In case the local authorities has not earmarked that plot then the caveat emptor shall apply in your case and in such cases you will have to sell that plot to the nearest plot owner. A. Hi,
There seems to have been a breach of contract. Either the buyer took the advance from you despite already have sold the land. for which he is bookable u/S 415 IPC for defraud or you may take the civil recourse by filing for a compensation for the money advanced.
