Issue with Airtel not fixing my issue

I have been battling with Airtel Customer care for the past 6 months (Since november 2019) about improper network coverage. There is no proper response or resolution. There is no network coverage in my locality and airtel has been giving me vague reasons for not fixing it. Also since I am a postpaid user, they are expecting me to pay for a service that is non existent. I have not been able to use their network since raising the issue. I have all the corresponding mailtrails and voice recordings. They even have closed the DOT Complaint raised on the PGPortal.

You can serve a legal notice upon them.
Or you can also request for porting of the sim and once you get a call from Airtel you can negotiate, as suggested by another learned advocate.

A.Just port the sim to some other connection and once the port request has been received the airtel will call you and then you can tell then whatever you want, it might help sometimes.
Or you may change it to prepaid sim easily.
Through legal process, its better send a lawyers notice and then file it in the consumer court.
