Partition suit

In 2018 I have filed a partition suit case and we're 4 brothers but 3 of them were using the front portion of the land and run there shops individually but they don't give me some space to open a shop and in this matter my lawyer also can't help me. In my father property if i don't have the right to do business then I want to close those 3 shops of my brother or otherwise I want to get some space in front of the land to open a shop. Plz help me in this situation.

Ask your lawyer to move an application before court to allow you some space to carry your business in order to sustain livelihood.
