A.whether the landlord has forged your signatures has various aspects.Firstly, It can be forgery for the purpose of cheating if any wrongful loss has been caused to you. Secondly, it can be forgery for the purpose of judicial proceedings if such forged signatures are on a document and such a document is filed in some court, which is also an offence. Thirdly, it is simple forgery also if your signatures have been forged but not used anywhere. So it will depend upon usage if any of the forged signatures that how you can proceed further against the landlord.
