GM respected one as per my father and sister I given amount to one person who is my father's living place and my father knows him in the last year for two wheeler purchase but till he not given two wheeler
And we asking him pls refund us that money that also not refunding till so what to do
A.You have not mentioned the mode of payment and proof receipt of payment.
You have also not mentioned whether you have entered into any agreement with the person whom you have advanced payment for the purchase of two wheeler.
In the absence of required documentary evidence to put forth your claim, you have no chance to file neither the civil suit nor criminal case for the cheating.
Pl avoid to proceed with any action against the person whom you had provided fund to purchase two wheeler simplicitor you would end up loosing both Civil and Criminal case.

A.Hi,
Was the amount was given by cash? or cheque or online transfer.
Get all the information, issue a legal notice to refund the amount.

A.File a criminal case against him for criminal misappropriation, cheating...
But before that, call him and request him once again to return money... And record the whole conversation...
