tenant rent problem

I am landlord if tenant not giving rent properly now it has gone to 5 lacs(3 years ) .so there is any law that if tenat not giving rent continuously then landlord can add interest to the amount .so maximum interest rate can be put to the balance amount. can i go to policestation put an agreement that till due is clear i will add interest .how to get the money from them .any law is there to solve.

A.Hi Vijay,
In my humble opinion, you should evict him from the property, further failing to pay the dues rent, you should file recovery suits.
