My elder brother is constructing car parking plastic cover shade in in lane side of house given for his entry exit in house.
As per NOTARIZED LAND AGREEEMENT no one can do any of construction in this lane and this lane is common.
land id divided on behalf of this notary document but Registry paper of land is on both names.
both our gates are seperate he has gone back side so this lane of 9 feet width is provided and i am in front.
can i file a case on him on behalf of this document or some other evidences required ??
