My father has expired before 3 years..My brother is psycopathetic kind.. He used beat my father... Now even torturing me and my mother... As a family member can we get separated with him in all relationships through law? I'll take every responsibility of my mother.. I'm a undergraduate student.. I had a job.. I can feed my mother and make her happy.. All I need is to save my mother from him..I want to do is breaking every relationships with him through law and giving him his shares from our Father's property... Can this happen?? ( Khammam, Telangana )
