advice regarding pets laws in public park

Hi. My concern is what are the laws there in support of the pet for behaving in the park. whether unleashing the dog is allowed if its not harming anyone. Yesterday my dog was unleashed for a moment and it ran toward a lady. she got scared but my dog didn't harm her. we apologised for the same. despite of that she created a scene, shouted and posted some mean words through her and her husband on whatsapp society group pointing at us. It is very common these days in a society where every day people raising issues against pet owners for leash and poop. I would like to know if she is allowed to do this legally speaking and also if society members can impose on us for compulsory dog leash and poop cleaning?

A.Legally it is not allowed but it may accidental. Secondly she cannot take law in to her hands and her act is punishable if you file lodge complaint. Your act is negligible and may be pardoned but not her.

A.Yes sir your duty to stop such act of dog . If you have license for dog or not ? If no then go to the concern police station or make application for it otherwise become your headchi
