Money not Refunded

I bought a pair of shoes from a reputable brand in the month of February. I returned them the next day because they didn't turn out to be as I wished they would.
I bought them from the company's official website and I paid the delivery guy in cash when he delivered me the shoes. The company promised me to return me the money in my bank account once the shoes were verified. Later they sent me a mai stating that the money has been returned to my account but it wasn't so I sent them a bnk statement proving that the money wasn't returned to which they replied there's been an error from their side and they'll return the money asap. It's been 100 days since then and the money hasn't been refunded. I tried asking them for the money over mail and numerous phone calls and all I got to know was that they were working on it. The last call, which was made almost month ago, the consultant told me that they'll try to refund it within three days but nothing happened.
What should I do?

In every business there are cheaters but your must teach them a lesson not in legal language but in your known language. Create some messages and share with them saying will put them on social net work and prove them you are head ache to them. You will get that amount plus compensation if you desire.
