About accident case

Dear sir/madam,
I am Lokesh S and I met with the accident on 5 June 2016 and gave necessary documents to the lawyer and still now he didn't file the case so please help me sir as he as taken all my necessary documents and now he is picking my call itself so please help me sir it's my life.

A.Dear friend
Please approach CONCERNED police station or Court to find STATUS of Criminal Case. If charge sheet is not yet filed by police then your advocate can not file your claim petition.
