Hi, I paid advance for a house
but due to personal emergency unable to shift to the house. Now the owner is deducting one full month rent and wants to pay rest. I dint shift there even for a day.
A.Go to police station or make galatta every day or when new tenants come then he will settle the matter. Use some tricks.

A.Kindly send an email or mode of communication to terminate the rent agreement and serve him notice as per the clauses. He may deduct for the notice periods.
