Hi Sir,
I have studied till 8th class in Bangalore. after which i studied in AP and Telangana staying with my grandparents. My Father is staying in Bangalore from 1991, came to work in HMT. I belong to obc category in Karnataka. Can I take ncl obc for admission in central universities like iit and iim. (note i did my 10th 12th and ug in nonkarnataka state).
A.Yes, you can take since your father might not worked in the cadre of A or B

A.yes you are- “As per GOI requirement, 27% of the seats are reserved for NC-OBC, 15% for SC and 7.5% for ST candidates, 3% seats are reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates.“
The circular may come along with admission procedures. So, check with respective circular for clarifications.
