Mine is a love marriage &we are separated from 1.5yrs.My husband don't hv constant mind.Sometime he says we will leave together,but not ready to take me ,bcos he wants my family members to beg him&ask me to meet him.But if they meet ,he speak with ego& insult them by speaking cheaply abt their personal matters &his mom ,him only intention to insult them&tell complaint on me.Which provokes me&end up in big fight.When I asked for divorce,, sometimes he says o am not ready to give,, sometimes says ready for mutual consent,aft tat no response at all..he is not ready to meet me itseems &should wait till 2022 till he gets settled in life itseems to show his face to me. Is there a way to send him notice to provide us with a confirmation on his decesion without blaming my family or asking them to interfere in our life..His decesion always depends on his mother & sister..I am educated,but my life is solely depend on my salary alone,,so I am not ready to fight for years together to get divorce or wait for him to change.His behaviour is giving me mental torture.
Already I am paying marriage loan which was made in my name ..pls pour your suggestions
A.if you want to terminate the matrimonial knot, then, try to settle the matter amicably with your husband involving elders/relatives/friends etc and go for Mutual Consent Divorce which will be decided in 6-18 months, and you both will be free to live life with your wish,

Issue a legal notice asking him to join for MCD on given date and time, failing which file a divorce petition on cruelty.
