House for lease

I taken 2BHK 14L lease Aug 2019 from x person but he is sold the property in the year 2017 to the person Y, person Y has taken home loan 2017 on the property which we are currently staying, y not paid any EMI till now on the loan amount, so now bank person saying that they are going to sell the property, we are not aware of that Y is current owner of the property, i disscussed with x person he taken GPA from y person, how can i proceed this situation, so please suggest me to get back my lease amount.

A.you need to issue a legal notice to Y's last known address and bank, thereafter get into the proceedings which bank may initiate to take the possession of the property.

A.You will need to approach court immediately or file injunction suit or file cheating Case against them immediately
