Landlord is threatening for eviction

Hii.
We are residing at South Delhi on rent from 1 year.. from some days Landlord is threatening for eviction and harrising without any reason... I have a 1 year baby.
At this pandemic time it's a very critical for me to search a new house ... Any law or rule as they can not evict us tilll this pandemic
A.Hi client,
Your landlord cannot you threaten you for eviction. It's illegal. He must provide a minimum 30 days prior notice to you.
In that case, my suggestion would be to go to the nearest P. S lodge a complain . Or another way would be to take some time and shift at a new place.

A.1. the landlord cannot evict you without serving you the notice period,
2. you can file an application to restrain him from evicting you adopting any illegal procedure
