Implementation of survey numbers into passbook Implementation of survey numbers into passbook

In 2011 we got the final decree from the court and the survey numbers of the agriculture land got entered in our passbooks. In 2018, telangana state government has re-done the survey process and gave the pattadar passbook holders new passbooks. But people like us who got the land by winning a case in court, our lands were removed from being entered into the new passbooks. Instead the mro and vro entered the old ror based named into the passbooks by being influenced from the local politicians. We were showing all the proofs including court orders and even the joint collector order, but they do not care for any of those orders from court. Please provide me with a advise or suggestion how we can the survey numbers entered into the new passbooks.
Our survey numbers were removed by the opposition with the help of RDO who is now transferred. Is there any way to take action against the RDO for betraying us and also help us with a how getting things done as all the lawyers we have hired are hungry for money but doesn’t provide an effectice remedy to our problem
