The mob of around 100 Scheduled caste persons buried a dead body which belongs to my own agriculture land,I have all the documents which are belongs to the land.
I filed a FIR against the persons involved,later one of the accused person who is in FIR filed SC atrocity case against my entire family.
Could you please Help me on this ,what we can do in this case according to law.
A.That is happening and misuing the provisions of Atrocity Act. You have hire senior criminal advocate and get stay in High Court saying it is counter blast fake FIR as your FIR is first one.
