We got 2 acres of land from our grandfather and the survey number is 339. But the persons east and west of our land, each have occupied our land from both sides. We got the passbooks and injunction order from the court. They are not allwing us to do farming in the land and we approached police with the injunction order but we suspect the police has been bribed by the other people and he is asking us to provide the boundaries of the land. How can I get my land surveyed and I got to know that the government appointed surveyer only surveys the entire survey number but not each person’s land. Please suggest me is there any way to get our share of land by surveying the land’s measurments
