My grandfather has a property in the village.he was expire in 1987.we have 100acra of land.due to jobs we have move other places we have not separated our land.but when we came to our village our land were encroach. But still our name are in pagani record till date. How to approach what to do?
A.If you have muscle power then get back the lands or approach the civil court which takes years together.

A.You should file a written complaint to the police about the encroachment. But you may have to file a civil suit to evict the trespassers because the police may deny to interfere saying that it is a civil matter.
