I worked 6 months as Andhrapradesh government employee. After that i took 8 month medical leave by sending medical certificate in registered post. As per andhra pradesh subordinate service rules two years probation should be completed with in a continuous period of 3 years. After recovered from my ill ness I Aproched my appointing authority. But he is not giving any reply to joining into a service. Can I Aproch ap high court to solve this issue

A.Approach immediately to the state public services tribunal or high court extreemely your leave period will be treated as leave without pay. You may wait for reply of your authority for a short period but you can't wait for unlimited period.
