Quashing of FIR Quashing of FIR

had entered into an MOU with my wife after registration of FIR but before charge sheet. Both party has submitted Letter to IO for not taking any negative action and agreed for quashing of FIR
Given COVID situation
1. please advice if possible to file for Sec 482 for quashing before filling for mutual divorce.
2. Further, given the court is currently accepting only urgent matters - Is it possible to file for mutual divorce application in court ?
3. is bail application required given charge sheet is not yet filled by IO and I am unable to visit the IO due to COVID ( residing in different state)

A.Quashing of FIR may take more time. Better get B Report (No case Report or Closure Report) from police and then go for Mutual divorce.

A.Dear Sir,
Better you take all possible steps otherwise the mind set of your wife may be changed. If you are in good books with IO no bail application is necessary otherwise file anticipatory bail
Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.
