my mother has bought an agricultural land of 2.5 acres with the plan to set up a farmhouse. i further plan to create a free farmer training school for modern farming under a trust and further expand the activities by having an orphanage and old age home built up in that land. we have got the demarcation done by local revenue officials but while we are starting few plantation activities, the neighbors are creating a ruckus. they are claiming this piece of land belongs to them where as we have all tracing documents since 1974 with the ownership passing from our seller to us. the neighbors seems to have some unsettled issues with the person who sold land to us and it is unresolved till now. they are now creating problem and leading to vengeance. i spoke to the SRO and he says to make an application at his office for fresh demarcation but i am doubtful if the neighbors will agree for it as the same has been done before by junior revenue officers. what are the legal steps or options available for me to avoid any future worries. request for some nice legal advice.
