Im married for 3.5 years.working female . My husband and i are living with his parents. House belongs to mother in law. My mom stays with me temporarily to help me take care of my 9 months old baby.mother in law doesnt like it,so she wants me and my mom to move out. My husband supports me. Do i have the right of residence in my mother in law house?
A.Yes, you have the right of residence in my mother in law house, but your Mother does not have any rights. Rather you & your Husband can stay with your mother as she is also helping in taking care of your child.

A.If your mother in law in their then no need your mother . Your mother in law also taking care of baby . Try to avoid it
