BS4 Registration

Hello,
I bought my motorcycle on 16th March,2020 from Suzuki India dealership , the temporary registration was done in UP on 29th march,2020. The vehicle was supposed to be registered in Delhi but got delayed due to pan India Lock down but i was assured that post lock down my bike will get registered. Now seeing the situation where there is a intervention of Supreme Court , i am still unaware of the situation whether my bike will get registered or not .p.s i have the amount in full to the dealership in cash. but they are ignoring my mails and phone calls, in short i am in a dark right now. The situation has complicated a bit nd it has been almost months now.
My query is that if my bike does not get registered , what should i do in that situation? Because i can see right away the dealership won't cooperate, they have harassed me at the beginning when i told them during the lock down that i want my advance payment back because of the on going situation, they denied upfront.
Please help me!
