Order cancellation without user consent

I am seller from India.

Can I face legal trail if I cancel order due to some reason without customer consent?

Refund was made after one day of order.

In our terms we have included following condition. customer has already provided consent by accepting terms on checkout page.

Cancellation of order
reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so under situations where cannot meet the requirement of the order placed or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the policy or for any other reason. However, will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within the appropriate time to the concerned person, and any applicable refund will be made reasonably.

A.Dear Client,
A sentence of your query is reproduced herein that forms a part of the terms and conditions of your order cancellation policy to address your query suitably. Qoute "However, will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within the appropriate time to the concerned person, and any applicable refund will be made reasonably." Unquote. When such a condition of cancellation of an order is in place, the seller cannot cancel the order of a customer arbitrarily without informing the customer upfront. So, for breach of your own condition, you may face legal consequences including payment of damages, if the matter is litigated by the concerned customer.
