is it legally allowed to divert flow of rainy water from my property to other neighbours property through common compound hole when there is no drainage system in place
A.All compound walls should have the Individual outlet facility for the running rain water and where there is no drainage system by default this rainy water is likely to go on to the road as there are no other options left out. Your property seems to be somewhere from remote lane or a remote village where the corporation or the tahsildar is is not functioning on a full fledged level.
