Hi sir, We have our farm in my village beside which a limestone factory is located. From that limestone factory, various gases and dust particles come out due to which we are unable to produce any crop by the last 7 years and also no one is ready to take that farm on rent. we also tried to sell it but no one ready to purchase it because of the bad condition of that farm due to dust coming out from that factory. so that we tried to talk with the owner of that factory for Compensation for our damages but he is not ready to understand our problems and not ready to give a single rupee for our damages. please give a proper solution and advise what can we do now ?

A.First of all you will need to approach tahishil office, or collector or polution department with written application and ask them they are permitted such activities on which condition or want permission later . Otherwise file complaint against them to the green tribunal .
