Not paying in my maternity leave Not paying in my maternity leave

I am working in one start up company size of 9 people in Bangalore since 4 years as a senior software test engineer. In the offer letter, it was mentioned paid maternity leave of 3 months in 2016. But now it is extended to 6 months as we all know. From April 16th 2020, I am on maternity leave. Only April salary I got. Since may, no salary paid and not updating anything from company. I tried calling and even messaged my boss, but not responding at all. He is not paying me and not updating me what's going on or the reason. I have no clue what. To be noted, I was one of the good performers.
So please help me what action can I take as a employee to get my 6 months maternity pay.
Telling Covid-19 reason, can they escape from paying me?
