Can someone recover money paid for securing government job if the person who had taken the money is absconding. Also no agreement has been made. And no witnesses have seen the incident.

A.Yes, You can file a criminal & Cheating complaint of 420, but it is a bit difficult as you said the person is absconding. also you have not mentioned which State, City or Village. Also you have not mention the amount to be recovered.. If more details available may be we shall be able to help you out.

A.Dear Sir,
In normal course of argument it is an offense and crime. But if that person cheated you and you are innocent then you can recover. It all depends upon how you project your. It is a debatable issue. Approach police along with other friends then they may help. But you cannot file a suit for recovery on that ground saying you advanced the money for securing the job. Asking such questions also invites some liability on you. Be wise in future in your interest. Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you
