One year ago I uploaded my aadhar soft copy in to super cash loan wallet, applied for 6k INR . after few months I received email that need to pay loan, but i didn't receive any loan form them,I proved proof of my bank statements. it clearly confirmed that I didn't receive any loan from them. recently they shared my photo and aadhar soft copy to my relatives, friends and others stating that i need to pay loan.again I contacted them and provided proof of bank transactions , later they confirmed through email an over phone that I didn't receive any loan from them. how to take action against them for misusing my personal data?

A.First file a Police Complaint. Other options are to file representations to the Banking regulator that all these activities are being done by them.
Consumer Forum is also a good option.
