I am Central government employee serving as Civil chowkidaar under Defence Establishment, One of our colleague got Covid 19 positive report and i was got close contact with him during my duties, so when we got to know that our colleague got Covid 19 positive result then as per government guidline i request my HOD to allow me home quarantine as many other trade employees already got home quarantine but for chowkidaar our HOD is not allowing us to get home quarantine. So please provide me some legal advice shall I continue my duty?

A.God the ultimate decider. Never afraid of COVID. Your death date is decided by God. If you for Home quarantine then your family members and neighbors will become panic.
