I have a new tenant,my tenant did not purchase my space,i am the landlord,can a tenant apply for a new electric meter in his own name if I give him consent?what consent should I give as a landlord?I don't want my personal electric meter shouldn't be used

A.Yes, tenant can get new connection of electric meter in his own name but only with landlord consent. It would be better if landlord provide a SUB-METER connection to the tenant.
