Filing a Review Petition in the Supreme Court of India
3 years ago
I have been asked to submit the papers along with the NOC from the AOR and SLP Paper Book for filing a Review Petition by the SCLSC. the SLP was filed in 2003 by two lawyers who had not supplied me with SLP Paper Book. One of the lawyers has agreed to give me an NOC and says he is not having the SLP Papers, and the Registry has weeded the papers. In case the other lawyer who must be having the SLP Paper Book could I furnish an affidavit stating that new evidence which was not available while filing the SLP has emerged which would enable me to prove that the "No Merits" verdict could be changed in my favour?
