Daycare Fee Refund request denied by Preschool

I have gone through your query in detail.
1) The question of NO refund policy does not arise, as you have NOT availed services and so by default they will have to refund the amount along with the interest to you, as you do not intend to keep your child in the same day care preschool , so the question of fees adjustment in the next year does NOT arise. you will have to send the legal notice to them by a Lawyer & if you receive the amount well & good, IF NOT then file case in consumer court and civil court, in such a way you are issue can be resolved within immediate effect.
