Daycare Fee Refund request denied by Preschool

Hi,
I have submitted Daycare fees of ₹1,00,000 for my 2 year old kid in one of the Preschools and Daycare facilities in Mumbai.
It was submitted in Dec’19 for the session commencing Jun’20 - May’21. Due to Covid-19, I have not availed a single day facility for fees paid and I am planning to withdraw admission for the whole year. When I requested for the refund from school, they said that they have “No Refund” policy and fees can be adjusted for next year but that’s not what I want.
In this scenario, how can I proceed further for Fee Refund?
And if anyone here can help me resolve the issue.

A.I have gone through your query in detail.
1) The question of NO refund policy does not arise, as you have NOT availed services and so by default they will have to refund the amount along with the interest to you, as you do not intend to keep your child in the same day care preschool , so the question of fees adjustment in the next year does NOT arise. you will have to send the legal notice to them by a Lawyer & if you receive the amount well & good, IF NOT then file case in consumer court and civil court, in such a way you are issue can be resolved within immediate effect.
