I purchased land from seller 'A' and got it registered in 2004.We are facing some issues from 'A' since 2018 regarding land , while checking the sale deed we got to know that out of 3 kids of seller 'A' ,one kid was major at the time of registration. Seller 'A' sold 2 acres of land out of his 5 acres.
Can seller 'A' approach the court and cancel the sale deed as the major kid had not signed the deed?
Please help

A.Any major child can claim only if it was ancestral property. Also yours is now third party right. If any issue persists, file a suit for declaration and permanent injunction.
