my father is having 3 children. my mother and father exists. myself, my brother and sister. all are married and having children.
my father is having 220 sq.yards (with shed) of land which was occupied by my brother forcible. it is my fathers own property and in his name only. I am taking care of my parents. without informing my brother and sister, on his own will my father has given me gift deed for 110 sq.yards which was registered at registrar office. if my brother knows this, whether he can challenge this in the court or whether i face any legal issues after my parents death. Also what happens to the balance 110 sq.yards after my parents death.
