Regarding help on penalty amount payment for overdue EMI on PL

Hi,
I have taken a PL from a NBFC couple of years back. The EMI for the PL are getting paid and no due in EMI are pending ao far.
Although due to some manual transaction for the EMI the NBFC have charged me with additional penalty. Although there is no EMI is pending for the PL so far.
In these regards of the penalty amount the NBFC collection team is unnecessarily harassing me to pay the penalty amount on immediate basis although there are still few years EMI are yet to be paid in future. I sought to know is the penalty amount to be paid up has there been any rules to pay on the penalty dues entire amount at once. Also what is the term the penalty amount on the past EMI tobe paid in due times.

Rules are on the papers. The bankers are becoming Britishers day by day. Approach the Ombudsman or High Court and teach them a lesson.
