Photography without permission

A streetboy who is a photographer is taking my photo without my co sent and after asking him the reason, he started fighting. I informed police but it was not effective . Tell me how could i get justice.

A.you have not mentioned the facts of the case, However you can lodge a complaint with a magistrate after seeking the report from SSP/ DGP

A.If the police has refused to register your complaint there are also other modes remained by which you can register your complaint and institute criminal cases on such person.

A.You have to file a FIR in the concerned police station,if required take assistance of a Lawyer from panel of Vidhikarya to facilitate in filling the FIR.
