About land

My grandfather name land. My father 3 brothers. Now my father is no more. Now my uncle he had made the house in the land in a portion of land. Now i have no house to stay in City. I asked them I also want to make house there...but they are asking that they will also built in ground floor and also 1st floor for doing business also. But I refused. So I want to know even they built the house can I get equal portion of land.

A.Legally you have right/share over land . Either you claim with them to mutually partition and give your share else you can proceed before court for partition suit.
